On 19-20 December 2022, at Hotel Hilton Batumi was held mid term exam for dual vocational programs at college BlackSea in Cullinary Art and Restaurant Service. 19-20 December, 2022

Georgian Tourism Association presented a 5* certificate to Gudauri Lodge and Gudauri Marco Polo, VINOTEL received the title of 5* Heritage Hotel.

On November 26, 2022, the 5th International conference "Standards in Tourism" was held at Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace which was organized by the Georgian Tourism Association. At the conference, was summarized the work of the Standards Committee.3 sessions of different directions were provided: Tour operators and DMO, Guides, and Hotels. GTA Standards Committee presented the guidelines for hotels, developed according to international norms. The event ended with awards.
